Following an article on BT about new openings, curiousity brought me to this new place by the same folks behind Retrospective just a stone throw away.

The kitchen was hidden behind the cocktail bar where much social interaction was seen. The dining area was still a work-in-progress when we visited the place, so was the menu with only a total of 6 ramen and tempura items available for the night.

The Kisu Tempura ($22) was quite nice, ramen on the other hand was very much a local interpretation of Japanese noodles, not something I would go for when my ramen craving calls.

If you are interested in a visit, do they give them another a week or two to allow renovation work to complete.

Thank goodness you keep your blog very updated! I've been looking for nice Japanese places after the trip to Tori King. This looks like a good match too!
Oppz, sorry I didn't see your comment earlier.
Anyway, for some recent ramen, you can try Menya Musashi at Raffles City :)
